Description
The training dilators provide support for intimate discomfort. The different sizes stretch gently. They are made from BPA-free silicone, can be warmed up to body temperature in warm water and feel more comfortable than dilators made from hard plastic.
Dilator treatment vs Kegel training: Both are used for pelvic floor training but with different goals. Dilators are used to relax the muscles, while Kegel weights are designed to strengthen the pelvic floor.
