Description
The Wave Whip Curling Mousse by cantu is enriched with pure shea butter and supports volume and bounce. The hair mousse brings the curls back into shape without weighing the hair down or making it sticky.
Application:
- Work through wet hair then knead individual strands upwards towards the scalp, hold briefly and release again.
- Allow the hair to air dry or blow dry with a diffuser.
