The Sky High Mascara Tinted Primer by Maybelline is a practical primer that is applied before mascara and enhances its effect. It gives the lashes extreme length and more volume, while the ceramides and pro-vitamin B5 it contains nourish the lashes. The primer is tinted slightly black and does not weigh down the lashes, while the Tower Flex brush enables perfect application.
