Description
A water-based eyeliner that is very easy to apply with an applicator and allows you to draw precise lines. You don't need a special make-up remover to remove it, a mild detergent or water is sufficient.
Uses:
- Eyeliner: Pull the applicator as close to the lash line as possible. Start at the inner eyelid and work towards the outer edge of the eyelid. It is best to hold the applicator parallel to the eyelid.
- Dots: If you want, you can also use the applicator to put decorative dots on your eyelids or cheeks. To do this, simply press the tip of the applicator onto your skin.
