This double-tip eyebrow pencil from Neve Cosmetics combines two colours in one pencil, with which you can define your eyebrows in the simplest way. Application tips:
- The light colour on the pen is ideal for drawing your eyebrow shape. You can use the dark colour to fill in empty areas with fine lines.
