Description
This double-tip eyebrow pencil from Neve Cosmetics combines two colours in one pencil, with which you can define your eyebrows in the simplest way. An integrated brush applicator also allows you to comb and shape your brows. With the practical closure caps, you can also carry your eyebrow pencil easily and well protected in your handbag.
Application tips:
- The light colour on the pen is ideal for drawing your eyebrow shape. You can use the dark colour to fill in empty areas with fine lines.
- Comb your eyebrows outwards with the brush to shape the hair better and to give your face more definition.
