Description
The Trend Single kegel ball by Joyballs is made from medical-grade Silikomed®. Ideal for pelvic floor training, it is both hypoallergenic and BPA-free. Its extended retrieval loop makes it particularly easy and comfortable to use.

Tips:
- The manufacturer recommends starting with two training sessions per day, each lasting no more than 10 minutes. Exercises can be done while standing, sitting, walking or lying down.
- A suitable water-based lubricant may help with insertion.
- Not suitable for use during infections, inflammation, menstruation or wound healing.
- Those who are pregnant should only use this product after consulting a healthcare professional.
- Clean thoroughly with warm water and mild soap before and after each use.
