The Creative Oxidizing Emulsion by milk_shake is a cream activator that provides perfect results when used in combination with Creative, 9 Minutes and Decologic product lines.
Milk proteins, honey, mango seed oil and the exclusive Integrity 41® ingredient guarantee long-lasting and professional results. This creamy formula is free from fragrances and sulphates making it gentle and pleasant to use on sensitive or irritation-prone scalp types.
Available in: 5 vol. 1.5%, 10 vol. 3%, 20 vol. 6%, 30 vol. 9% and 40 vol. 12%
