The decologic Tone Controller from milk_shake is a light toner that ensures perfect colour control, especially after lightening to level 9 (very light blonde) and 10 (platinum blonde) or on naturally white hair. The toner is enriched with organic cranberry extract, silk proteins and clay.
Mixing ratio:
1:1 (30 g Tone Controller and 30 ml milk_shake oxidising emulsion 5 vol.)
